BRCGS or BRC stands for ‘Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standard’. Brand Reputation through Compliance (BRC) is a UK trade organisation recognised across the world. It established its first Global Standard for Food Safety in 1998 to help companies comply with UK and EU food safety legislation. 

The requirements of UK and EU food safety legislation eventually became an international standard for food safety and quality practices in the food industry. BRC Global Standard requirements set forth the parameters your organisation must follow to ensure food is produced safely.  

We no longer offer white label manufacturing, nor take on some aspects of the manufacturing process. We’d love to focus on being a full service manufacturer, seeing the entire process through from creating your custom product, filling and packaging.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is specific to the product. For oils and capsules this can be as low as 1000 units.

We have a fantastic relationship with several 3P testing facilities. Whether you need stability or accelerated degradation testing we will handle this entire process for you.

From the date of order manufacturing takes 6 – 8 weeks on average.

We cover manufacturing for all UK needs, and will happily work with overseas businesses. Depending on order size we typically ask our overseas clients to arrange their own shipments.

We have in-stock and on-order access to hundreds of packaging options. Packaging ranges from cardboard boxes to glass bottles and pipettes. If we don’t have what you need in-stock then we’re confident we can source it for you.

We currently have hundreds of ingredients available for both testing and mass production. If we don’t stock what you’re looking for then we’re confident we’ll be able to source it from one of our reputable BRCGS certified suppliers.

Brexit has created a lot of complications, however we are proud to say we are still operating to the same capacity. Any documentation needed for cross border fulfilment will be provided by us.

We do charge a development fee, costed per product. This is payable before we conduct your R&D. Development fees start from £2000, and depending on order size, these fees can be reimbursed from your final manufacturing cost.

Whilst our in-house team handles every aspect of your project we strongly encourage you to have an input in our processes. 

All our hemp derived ingredients come from our longterm US partner. All our other raw ingredients come from UK, European and Chinese suppliers, each having the relevant product safety certificates.

All products are manufactured in a facility with the most comprehensive processes and quality standards. We are one of a handful of manufacturers in the UK with an A rated BRCGS certification, and we’re the only manufacturer with this grade in the CBD sector.

We requested orders are paid 50% upfront and 50% on dispatch. We accept bank transfers only. Payment terms are available after a credit check is carried out. 

We do not currently offer custom packaging and label designs in-house, however, we do work with a number of designers we can put you in touch with. Although we don’t carry out design work directly, we’d be more than happy to discuss your packaging requirements with you.
