Manufacturing with oil is our bread and butter, it’s where we started. Whether you’re looking for CBD tinctures or liposomal vitamins our manufacturing facility can produce 5000 bottles per day, that’s 1,300,000 per year.

Our automated machines can fill oil containers from 10ml all the way up to 1000ml. We can handle fill sizes up to 1000 litres, however this is a special order process which may extend lead times.

We stock many forms of oil packaging and have direct access to even more. The most common being 10 and 30ml glass bottles with graduated pipettes.
Mix, fill, polish, count repeat. Every vegan capsule we manufacture follows the same 4-step process before they’re counted by weight and loaded into individual capsule pots. It’s no easy process, but with our semi-automatic and full-auto machines, we can manufacture 8000 60-count capsule pots a day.
Depending on your needs we can work with many capsule sizes, zero and double-zero being the most popular.
The most common sizes of capsules are 0 and 00, however if you’re looking for size 1, 2 or 3 our machines have the capability to fill these too.

Our gummies are all vegan and manufactured by our partner in the Netherlands. We can manufacture 6000 60-count pots a day, and so far there isn’t an ingredient they haven’t been able to mix into one yet.
Unlike capsules gummies are measured in weight. Each gummy can be up to 10g in size, but most commonly they weight between 2 – 5g.

The type of bulk powder packaging depends on the product’s intended use and shelf life. In order of shortest to longest shelf life we can provide compostable, recyclable and non-recyclable packaging options. Whilst we do not stock bags on site our suppliers ensure we can access both OTS and printed bags of any size quickly.

Our formulation lead specialises in oil-based topical products. Using our automated fill, cap and label machine we can manufacture thousands of topical products every day.
We mostly manufacturer topicals in 50 and 100ml R-PET containers, but if you’re looking for something smaller or larger our automated machines can handle fill sizes from 10ml to 500ml.

The process of building a product’s formulation requires patience and expertise. Base ingredients and active compounds are carefully formulated to achieve the product’s intended purpose. Every product is custom made, we don’t use OTS bases.
Post-formulation, we manufacture sample batches for stability testing, examining the product under controlled conditions. This testing evidences a product’s consistency, efficacy, and safety throughout its intended shelf life.
Next, we address two critical components: claims and regulations. By using tested ingredients, we validate a product’s claims, NRV’s and stated benefits. Whilst addressing label and box information to ensure your product is compliant.
Finally, full-scale manufacturing starts when the product is safe, efficacious, and legally saleable. The production run is booked into our manufacturing timetable, so all you have to do it sit back and relax.
